Time for another roundup of my publications. This month is a little lighter, mainly due to the fact I’ve been busy trying to buy a new home. Things in that department are going well. However, believe it or not, writing (not to mention producing quality material) can get tricky while buying a house and couch surfing. My mind just isn’t as focused as needs be. Still, I managed to land a few accomplishments as winter closes in.
Recently I put together an article for the fine folks over at 25YL media. I’ve been fortunate enough to pen a few pieces about music for them this past year. On this occasion, I took a look at a song by the Spice Girls called “2 Become 1” which oddly enough could be considered a Christmas song. Giftmas doesn’t have a lot of sexually charged tunes, and this one definitely adds some spice to the season. Granted, we’re passed the holiday, however, it never hurts to have another smooth sensual song in the playlist. Plus, whatever one’s feelings about Xmas, it’s an annual event, so prepare for the nightmare now. Check out the article below.

This is my favorite announcement this month. A while back I got one of the best acceptance letters I’ve ever received. I’m thrilled to be a part of the upcoming anthology INTO THE CRYPT OF RAYS: A BLACK METAL ANTHOLOGY VOL. II.
Not too long ago, Gravely Unusual Magazine put together an anthology inspired by black metal. They delivered a fantastic assortment of horror utilizing the themes typically found in trve kvlt music, and along the way to volume one discovered something interesting. Not only did that first anthology catch a lot of attention they also received enough quality submissions to spur them on to a second volume. Fortunately, I was one of the lucky folks whom Gravely Unusual felt like including.
Now available for pre-order, INTO THE CRYPT OF RAYS: A BLACK METAL ANTHOLOGY VOL. II promises to be “the most dangerous and only black metal anthology.” I can only speak for my piece at present, a dark journey into twisted territory called “What is Sown.” Still, I’m confident this collection will appeal to horror hounds, black metal enthusiasts, and pulp fiction fans. One way or another, this is the nightmare fuel to kick off the new year right.
